The Kolache Shoppe Breakfast

This morning I had Kolache Shoppe kolaches — one with the tiny cheese sausage, one rolled with the cheddar and crumbled bacon — YUM! If you’re unfamiliar with a kolache, check here (http://www.bc-chamber.com/ent/) for great info. This Czech pastry is made either savory or sweet. My favorites are the savory: bacon, cheese, sausage. The dough around all this savory goodness is usually similar to a Pilsbury Crescent roll dough - flaky and tender.
